Spring has sprung in sunny Southern Arizona with the desert in full bloom as well as the Green Valley, Arizona Real Estate market. Home sales shot up to 116 in the month of March as compared to 78 in February. YTD sales continue to outpace last year with 271 as compared to 262 in 2011.
My personal experience YTD in 2012 continues to be a strong one with one of my high end listings at 2264 Buried Rock closing in January, and 33 Silver Sky going under contract in less than 60 days and closing in mid March. In February, 3396 Placita De La Fabula closed after just 88 days on the market. YTD I have 23 transactions that have either closed or are pending with 12 of them being my own listings.
