Green Valley AZ Real Estate Statistics

July put the GREEN back into Green Valley with the arrival of a very active Monsoon season.  The copious amounts of rainfall has managed to erase the devastating remnants of the Murphy fire that raged far too close to my home.  Gone are the black charred mountains and in its place, is the welcome sight of new growth.  They are covered with a lush green layer of new vegetation...a reminder that we can all rise from the very worst to be beautiful once again.  

Although sales dropped slightly from 62 in June to 53 in July, the overall sales year to date (YTD) are ahead of last year, with 555 YTD as compared to 540 for the same time period in 2010. 

Proving it is a bumpy road to market stabilization, the average sales price continues to fluctuate somewhat with the good news being there aren't any wild swings taking place:
