Green Valley, AZ March 2011 Real Estate Statistics
Green was the theme for March as the trees began getting their leaves and the real estate market boomed with 115 sales for the month as compared to 90 sales in February. On a year to date (YTD) comparison basis there is definitely cause for celebration as there have been 261 sales to date in 2011 as compared to 228 for the same time period in 2010.
However, the average selling price did dip slightly to $161,548 as compared to $164,457 in February, but continues to show a slight recovery as compared to the same time period in 2010 as illustrated in the table below:
